Grandpa Arnold used to do the bonds that way when you guys were older you had some money
That's why grandma was always good about waiting until a week later to get the family together
I don't buy gifts... I make gifts, I have never seen the point. Would rather give something from the heart. Though of course I'll give my younger family some cash for birthdays and such.
Talking out of your ass is a special super power to have. He’s fucking Superman
You can't discipline in public otherwise you might get in trouble
How about when they put a law on the ballot and write it so they get there way and then once passed they change the rules ( example Smoking law and where you can and cannot smoke all got changed after the election
Are you asking about when they hide things in bills or leverage their vote to change what all ends up in the bill? Like adding foreign funding to a covid-19 relief bill to get more votes?

you’re not saying anything of value bro.
Aw, man, you got me over here questioning all of my life decisions now. Let me ask this then, what would provide you value?
Two things you hit on that are dead nuts, right in youth sports. The one is giving the opportunity to kids who may not have it to be able to make a play. I was that kid in football and 25 years later I can still remember that vividly. The other is when coaches live vicariously through these kids. After busting my ass for 7 years a coach did exactly that with his favorite. (various reasons) He told him how to beat me to take my varsity position.. it was his first year. I gave up after that. If my coach is working against any of us. Wtf was that point? I could have did something different and use that as a driving force? But I wasn't there when I was a teenager

First off, I love the rawness and the outside thinking to really get your mind looking at the details and how our society has morphed us to believe in an instant gratification mindset in fitness as well. To where it's no longer on a lifestyle change it's a whats the quickest and fastest way to achieve something. On the gastric bypass surgery, I know multiple people who have decided to do it and lose the weight dramatically to where now they have developed autoimmune diseases. By losing the weight abruptly is causes the immune system to shut down and deplete through the process. When they go on the journey of it they are instructed to take an insane amount of vitamins to help with the dramatix change of the body. For me, I would look at that and go hmmmm that doesn't sound like that's the road I wanted to take. But the people do and now have become even more sick through the process. Man! What a great podcast and keep up the topics. I will be sharing with people I know to get them into more of a complex mindset❤️❤️❤️
I played baseball, football and wrestled. The first two had the team banquet at the end of the year with a participation trophy. In wrestling you earned your trophies and medals. I played the first two for 4 years combined as to where I wrestled for 7... 🤔
Some don't finish college because of cost.
Why do you in college have to take more math (when degree is not math or subject related), English, etc? When you just did 3-4 years in high school. College just repeats what you just learned.
But these are college level classes... ;) Unless it is specific towards the degree, I have no idea. like you said, what is high school for if not to teach you these things over the course of 12 years? High school basic courses should be enough for the average person.
I liked how a player who did the best that game would recieve the game ball. Each player then wanted one and would give all in hope to be the next one to get one.
This is definitely something I haven't seen in a while though I've heard of it still being practiced. It's sad I had to ask if this was even allowed though because I'm sure somehow someone would find a way to get offended by it. Didn't know if it fit the mold of "inclusivity" or not.
What about the 1 or 2 kids that are good and get put on a team where the rest of the kids don't want to be there
