Some corrections: Correction 1: I said that there were two new stage track BGM's... There's actually six: 1.Rainbow Road (in the base game this stage plays the BGM from the stage "Sector". This BGM is a remix of Rainbow Roads theme from Mario Kart 64). 2.Regeneration 3.Rollercoaster 4.Big Foot. 5.Japon 6.Ghost Rider If I find more I'll update this comment.
