PAL has leased 2 planes from a Spanish charter company to fly from Manila to Melbourne and Sydney because of operational conditions.They supply all staff on the flights.
they said all PAL to SYD and MELB will be under this airline :(

And ang pinaka mabigat is bumaba sa 35yr old ang graduate visa. So paano pa makakapagPR nun e di pa ako nakakaalis rito eh 40 yrs old na ako. Huhuhu! Anyway...thanks for the update. Ingat you! 🙂

Talagang naghanap ako nang video mo about baking and how you started. And i found this! hehehe! Alam mo, parang pareho tayo nang story sa buhay. Ang pinagkaiba lang is you educated yourself formally kaya well equipped ka. Ako kasi i am self taught baker and cake decorator eh. Hindi na ako nakapag aral and nagtayo na agad ng negosyo. Sadly hindi nag flourish yung shop ko kasi nga siguro dahil hindi ako well versed and hindi ako nag school for it. Buti ka, after ng stint mo dito sa business mo, dahil nag aral ka, dala mo yung certificates and diploma mo anywhere you go like now in Australia, kaya madali sayo. Ako naabutan na ako ng katandaan at hindi na ako nakapag aral. Ngayon gusto ko mag aral kaso bukod sa money, matanda na ako. Nag alala nga ako dun sa kwento mo sa carpal tunnel syndrome eh. Edi kung sa edad ko ngayon, mas madali ako magkakaroon nun. hahaha! I envy you. Yan ang pangarap ko dati pero iba ang gusto kasi ng parents ko sakin. Kaya kung saan saan ako napadpad. If only i can turn back time. Iba siguro ang sitwasyon ko ngayon. By the way. Is Kats Happy Food still ongoing or wala na?

Great and helpful vid! I do have several questions regarding on how you were able to be an international student... 1. How old were you nang nag punta ka dyan to be a international student? 2. May limit ba sa age para maging international student? mag 40 na ako, pwede pa ba ako? 3. nurse po ang natapos ko dito sa pinas pero never ako nag work as one(pinagbigyan ko lang parents ko) Ang gusto ko talaga is pastry. Paano kaya yun? pwede ba yun kung magkaiba ang natapos ko sa gusto ko kunin as international student? 4. Is it a good idea na imention na may kamag anak ka na citizen sa australia? 5. Paano kung wala kang "ties" sa pinas? anong sasabihin ko sa gte ko para ma convince sila na babalik ako ng pinas(kahit gusto ko mag pr, hehe!) 6. good ba na mag tourist visa muna then convert to international student pag dating dyan? 7. Kaya bang matustusan ng 48 hours work per fortnite ang tuition? 8. paano ka mag bayad nang tuition mo? every month? In a year of schooling, tuwing kelan dapat mag bayad? 9. how much was your tuition fee for the whole duration of your course? Pwede ba yun bayaran nang 1 time para wala nang problem? Tsaka ano ba ang course mo? Certificate in patisserie 3? 4? Diploma? 10. Is being an international student in Australia still worth it for 2024 as a way for PR? I was around 29 ata nung nagpunta dito, yes pwede pa magstudent pero baka mahirapan sa pathway and pwede ka magpastry basta maexplain mo lang maayos. about sa kamaganak, okay lang naman if doon ka makikituloy. pwede mo sabihin na may job ka nagaantay or magbubukas ka business. may nga iba ganun ginagawa kaso baka mapansin kaya better nalang din na wag kasi wala ka din work rights if tourist visa, mahirapan ka to work. and kaya siya basta masinop sa pera at wala sustentuhan sa pinas :)) sa tutiion naman depende pero nasa 23600 ata yung akin for 2 1/2 yrs na yun. ako kasi siguro iba, parang iba purpose ni Lord sakin eh so as of now masasabi ko na worth it lahat ng journey ko na ito. :)

Hi Kats, thanks for sharing this interesting video. Believe it or not, I used to live in Marrickville and was there until moving here to Melbourne in 1981. Marrickville is served by bus (route 423) and train, which is soon to be converted to Metro. I am feeling a bit lost here with this new shopping centre on your video, as that didn't exist back in my day when I was living there. We used to do our shopping in Marrickville Road and Illawarra Road. When I was a child, Marrickville actually had trams running from Earlwood to Circular Quay until 1957. Then the 423 bus took over the journey later. The 423 now runs from Martin Place (Pitt Street) to Kingsgrove, which is a bit different to how I remember it. Anyway, thanks for a great video. I actually lived in Marrickville for the first 29 years of my life. There have been a lot of changes there since then. I remember seeing Marrickville Swimming Pool originally open and since then, it has been closed and removed completely from the area. It used to be located at the eastern edge of McNeily Park and within walking distance of Marrickville Railway Station..

As a young child, I actually rode on the trams that ran in Marrickville, until they were all replaced by buses in late 1957. On one day, when returning home on an old toastrack type tram heading from Marrickville Road and along Illawarra Road, my mum and I saw our tram conductor accidentally fall off the tram. He was found soon after sitting on the bonnet of a moving car that was passing by at the time Fortunately he completely unhurt and re-boarded the tram. On the Sydney toastrack trams, the conductors used to ride on the outside running boards to collect fares from the passengers inside the various sections of the tram. Something that would be considered completely unsafe these days.
