With 3 years at a service-based company, you’re already on a solid ground. If you have growth opportunities where you are, it might be beneficial to prepare without switching companies. However, if another service-based company offers clearer pathways or training relevant to product roles, that could also be a strategic move. Focus on building the skills that product companies value most Good luck!

But the problem is like I am not seeing any growth in my current company as well as the work pressure is also very high,and I also have no idea like in another service based company where I will switch there also if the situation is same then what to do

You have two options: First, consider resigning and seeking new opportunities ONLY IF you have a six-month financial safety net (for example, if your monthly earnings are $1K, ensure you have $6K in savings). Second, (I prefer this), stay at your current job and use this time to prepare for a transition to a better company.
