Turtle Wax was founded by Ben Hirsch, a savvy and creative entrepreneur. Together with his wife Marie, they set out to formulate the world's first liquid car polish, which came to be known as Plastone.
Leveraging his chemical background, $500, and a small storefront on Chicago Avenue, the Hirschs mixed the Plastone car polish in their bathtub. Soon, Plastone grew into America's most popular liquid car polish.
A master marketer, Hirsch employed some innovative sales techniques. He'd polish half a fender on cars parked outside Wrigley Field, wait for the owner to return and then point out the benefits of Plastone.
While on a 1950's business trip to Beloit, Wisconsin, Ben came across Turtle Creek. He made the connection between a Turtle's protective hard shell and his Plastone Polish. From that day on Plastone was renamed Super Hard Shell®, and the company became Turtle Wax Inc.

After applying turtle ceramic coating, the paint surface is grainy. How to fix it?
The directions on the bottle I have doesn't say to wipe the tire after applying. It just says "allow to penetrate for 3 to 5 minutes before driving".

Saw this stuff while I was at Meijer last night and picked up the quick detailer. Used it on my motorcycle this morning and I was really impressed. Worked great on all the chrome and my paint looks beautiful. I'll definitely keep using it. I've been using turtle wax products for years and it never disappoints

I like the Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions Ceramic & Graphine Inside Job for Interior Care, especially on my digital tech screen dashboard with keeping my fingerprints a thing of the past! Highly recommend.
Just used this for the first time and surprised by the gloss. It's extremely easy to apply and leaves a carnauba look, I used it in between my paste wax application but tbh with how easy it is to apply, its very tempting to use it after every wash.
So this vs redline? 🤔
Both products are great. Color Shift includes an iron remover specifically designed to eliminate iron deposits from wheels.

This stuff is awesome. Never been much of a Turtle wax fan but this de ironed and cleaned my wheels like nothing I've ever seen. Perfectly clean with any scrubbing. I run ferrocarbon pads so they're a bit dirtier than normal ceramics. This is likely my new wheel cleaner.
