I have a huge bump on my top lip. Like it’s a bunch of fluid stuck where my piercing was or something . it’s soo annoying. I didn’t even intentionally remove it, it fell out while I was at an amusement park and immediately closed. It was pierced 2x so I doubt I will do it a third time. Anyways I’m a little insecure about the stupid bump. It’s only been a few weeks since it fell out so I am hoping the bump goes down in time.

Yeah i can feel mine in the lip. Buy i had it repierced twice and i just took it out today and it closed for a minute but i pushed it back through its so weird feeling thr hardened tissue

That's a big hole. I have double vertical labrets and my holes are really smal and disappear in 24 hours if I leave them out. That's the miracle of the skin on the actual lip. Heals beautifully.

I had one of these back in the heyday of metalcore at about 19 (2006 ish). I am 34 now and still have a shallow little hole in the lover part and a scar on the upper. I mean, no one can tell unless I push my lower lip out and am clean shaven but yeah. For sure leave a lasting scar if you have it for more than a month or so. Also still have holes where my gauges were in both ears, but they just look like skin creases unless you push from behind so they open. I can still get things about the size of a pencil through them. They were 00 at the largest I think. Actually healed better than I expected them too.

I have the same problem but it's way more noticeable. At first I hated my nose so much because it looks very small and perfect from one side and ugly/ falling down on the other side. I felt so ugly bc of it that I only wanted to be seen from the better looking side. Now I'm ok with it haha. I guess nobody has the same nose like me. ^^
