First of all, I want to express my condolences on the death of your father-in-law. Losing a parent is painful. I enjoyed sitting and stitching with you as you shared your stitching WIPs and plans. Fell in love with the Christmas Eve sampler. Found it on 123Stitch and added it to my favorites. I’ve never been to Japan, however, my newlywed niece and her husband are planning to go next spring for their wedding trip. Your geisha is stunning.

Great video. Thank you for sharing all your beautiful projects. You have been busy. Loved seeing all your potential cat starts. We have 4 cats and I love them. They are just bush cats so not as handsome as your boys but we still love them lots. I have never been to Japan or anywhere in the Far East but it’s a country I would love to visit. And for the record, there is no such thing as too much cat content, stitchy or otherwise. :) Japan has a special place in my heart, as I had a Japanese pen pal as a child, and a wonderful Japanese college-aged student as an adult. :) I'm excited to have won the sweet little love chart--I'll be sending you an email shortly. :)

Thanks for sharing all your projects. I always enjoy seeing what you're working on. The books that you talked about each sound like an enjoyable read. You're kitties are so adorable. My daughter went to Japan on her delayed honeymoon and they had a wonderful time. So very sorry for your loss.

I stitched a wedding sampler by Kyoko Maruoka (the book you showed) and purchased it online. I replaced the bunny with a cat which is what they wanted. I love your china find! I use HOE threads and really like them. I do not having any fraying issues but I stitch on linen and am not sure if that might make a difference or maybe try using shorter strands? You mentioned you had a small blood stain on your fabric. Stitching in Costume just talked about how to get that out in her latest video. She explains that using your own saliva will break down the stain as there is something about the make up of both blood and saliva that match.

Hi Natalie, I’m usually enabled by you but today oh dear so many beautiful projects I’ve not seen before! The stitchery sisters, I’ve always loved the embroidery kits, I hadn’t realised they did Cross stitch kits now 🤦🏼‍♀️ The crockery is gorgeous. I howled when Simon knocked over your camera 😻🤣 the boys are much more mischievous than girls! I love them all though. Thank you for the shout out again Natalie, it’s much appreciated. I’m now off to buy the rest of the beauties you showed me! 😂

I like the small ones the most. The one with the cat amuses me -- I'm sure he wants to knock all of the extra-dimensional items off of the shelf.
