    El Domingo You show some pretty well developed skill throughout a lot of this video, but I did notice one bad habit that you demonstrated quite a few times. When throwing punches to the body, you don't really change your level, and loweryour head and shoulders, you have a tendnecy to instead drop the hand, leaving your face unprotected. Especially when throwwing STRAIGHT punches to the body, you are going to want to practice drop down and changing levels when you throw a straight punch to the body, so that you can always use your arm and your shoulder to block counterpunches, regardless of when your opponent initiates them. Sparring or competing still with this bad habit is a recipe for getting counter punched and knocked down/out once your opponent gets a read on your timing...

    Youre looking good my guy, very athletic, very natural looking. Try using a round timer and be accountable with it. Keep working through the rounds persistently and consistently. This all while keeping and focussing on having perfect technique. Always drill and practice with perfect technique so that during the real thin your brain is hardwired to do the right thing. Always move after you throw a punch, never throw one punch unless you're using it as a set up or using it to punch as you change direction. Stay off the center line or at least keep your chin off the center line. Move your head constantly and as often as possible, change levels as often as possible. Back to the round timer, use it to throw non stop punches. Do one round non stop 1,2s, then a round of ducking 1,2's, then a round of step left 1,2's, step right 1,2's, back 1,2, forward 1,2 and so forth. 1,2,3 step left, 1,2,3 step right. Youve got to drill drill and drill some more and involve your legs. Step left duck, 1,2, step right, duck, 1,2, etc i know its hard to hang a bag but I'm telling you its possible to do it where you reinforce the 2x4 in the addict, use some plywood, cut out a square for the ceiling, cut a hole in the middle of that so you can attach chain, eye hook, or "heavy bah hanger" threw it into the ceiling beams (2x4). I have a 130-pound heavy bag hanging from my ceiling and I'm about 170 right now 10 pounds overweight. No issues with drywall breaking or damaged, no stripping the hole. I have it in my videos, you should be able to make it out. The point I wanted to make is you should get a heavier, harder, stiffer bag and hang it from the ceiling. Reflex bags are ok too like the Ryan Garcia Reflex "Fierce 2.0" bag and stand. Double-end bags are great and very useful and versatile. I don't like those bags because they are completely;y planted. Just like you use your imagination when you're shadow boxing you should be doing the same thing on the heavy bag. Or at least make that part of your training. You can do a multitude of things on the heavy bag obviously. You can stand in one spot and just practice shooting your jab or cross, you can just do some piddy paddy shoulder burners. I really think its important to mix it up and get your shoulders fatigued. During breaks use active recovery movements, like practicing footwork, dipping, ducking, showing different looks, changing stances, shuffling, moving laterally, back and forth, changing levels, and giving your quads and glutes a workout as well simultaneously. another thing I would recommend and its what I do to this day is look for actual training footage of your favorite fighters. I love watching people like Floyd Mayweather hit the bag and shadow box. Tyson is another one that I love to watch and mimick his foot work, and hip movement. His strength training and so forth. Go mimick your heroes. If you mimick those who are great you're not going to suck! right?

    buena bro! te dejo unos consejitos: 1.- tienes en cuenta los pies para mantener un balance pero no usas la cadera en los desplazamientos ni en el golpeo, Tyson es un maestro en eso, 2.- debes recoger las manos en cada golpe como si fueran un muelle tal como salen deben volver rápido a cubrirte, 3.- tus pies nunca deben mirar de frente al adversario, trabaja perfilado como en la esgrima, 4.- golpea siempre con el puño bien cerrado, a veces lo dejas medio abierto y si pegas a alguien así te romperás la mano y te harás más daño tú que el rival, 5.- olvidas cubrirte al golpear, quedas totalmente descubierto por completo y es muy fácil intercambiarte golpes de esta forma, por ejemplo si bloqueo y ataco te la comes 100%, 6.- agacharte lo tienes que hacer con las rodillas y la cadera, manteniendo tu cabeza por detrás de tu pierna delantera, no te agaches con la cabeza sacando el cuerpo hacia adelante porqué te comerás un buen upper o frontal, 7.- golpea con los nudillos y recto, muchas veces te queda la mano torcida y se te puede doblar la muñeca (es algo habitual al principio y duele)... te deseo lo mejor en tu aprendizaje y dale fuerte <3
