Just a short video of my morning. Google said the shop was open. If I had been sensible I would have looked at its own web site, which said it was shut. But I had a nice drive, and the queues are shorter when it's shut.

I was lucky enough to be invited by Kurt Furger to share his car again at the Colorado Grand. This is a video based around the Bentleys there created from clips and stills provided by several of the participants.

Several cyclecars attended this event. I did two runs up the hill in my AC Sociable, the first with my wife as passenger. The video is rather jerky when in low gear, but is mainly notable for my wife's shrieks of terror as we approach and leave Pardon.

6:00 what is with the engine tilting back ... gears ???
Friction drive.
It functions a bit like the V22 Osprey . Tilted a little further back and you have vertical lift . But only when stationary ! Come on I'm kidding . I love these . Pete
Yes. The flywheel rests on a different part of a cone depending on the angle of the engine.

You've blown our minds with the engine tilting to change gear. Now could you show us HOW that feat is accomplished? I can imagine how, but I can't believe the designer would think that was the simplest way to do it!
Just beautiful,wonderful, What dreams are made of, I want one of those classic cars, In the mean time i think its time to go for a drive in my own future classic - a 1995 Bentley Brooklands. Enjoyed the video.
