🥵 How I Deal With Excessive Sweating And Sweat Patches 🥵
The temperature in Delhi is crazy humid, hot, and sweaty. I prefer not to move out of my house until it is very important. Post 4:30 PM, the temperature seems to get better, but it is still sweaty. Sitting out in the open is a recipe for disaster. There is no way you can sit without an air conditioner out and about in Delhi.
The only escape is having a shower. I most certainly have to shower not once, but twice or maybe even thrice a day.
I make sure to moisturize my skin lightly after every bath.
Sleeping with the lightest layering of cotton clothes is a savior. An oversized cotton T-shirt is ideal if you ask me.
I make sure I keep changing my undergarments and clothes to avoid stinking. 2 changes a day are a must.
I'm also heavy on my liquid intake. I make sure to drink as much water as I possibly can.
