How do you reconcile that with supporting Trump, when he literally complained that he thought “Kamala was Indian but now all of a sudden she is black”? Any decently educated person understands she comes from a multicultural family. Trump has a long history of racial transgressions, he literally wanted to enact a Muslim ban. But the DNC is focusing too much on race? You are smart for saying you don’t talk about politics publicly because your opinion is embarrassing. If you want to support Trump, go for it, but don’t act like you have empathy for the common American or that you stand on a moral high ground because personal attacks upset you.

Your body automatically creates a boost of glucose as your initial source of energy. Give your body time to burn that little bit off before getting a more accurate reading. Once we build our house, trust that we will have our own gym. We had one in our house in Texas. I walk daily... Today I walked 6 miles ( I love walking long distances and seeing the people here) to break in my new barefoot shoes.... Couldnt even tell I walked that far... feet felt great. Extra tip... add about 2 tablespoons of pure (one or two ingredient) butter to your coffee along with that MCT oil. You can also add some Vital Proteins Chocolate flavored collagen powder to get it a smoother taste without adding the bad stuff found in creamers. I wish I could get into a gym here. But they are just so small and always crowded. Not to mention the stress of driving in the traffic to get to them. I tried a couple of anytime fitness close to us, but in order for me to workout without my PTSD kicking in from being surrounded by people, I would have to go at 3 am... (not good on the body nor mind). Beautiful colorful meal. That was my wife's favorite Coconut water in the US, but the one with pineapple in it (havent seen that flavor here though). How often do you check your glucose? A1C?

Magandang Umaga po. Great seeing you decide to take charge of your health and life. I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes shortly after retiring from the military back in 2016. For the next 4 years, my A1C climbed from 6.5 to 12.3 at one time. I started looking for information on diabetes, and came across a few videos from Dr. Ken Berry and Steak and Butter Gal. After watching them and looking at comments, I dove into a carnivore lifestyle. And yes, I loved rice, cake and all types of addictive foods (drugs is what they really are). I tested a two week period of carnivore (3 meals a day), I checked my glucose and it had gone back down to 7.3 I think from 9.4. I added in 16-8 Intermittent fasting for the next two weeks, checked my glucose and I was at 5.8. So I stuck with that for two more months since I had adjusted to that way of eating. I went to my Endocrinologist, to do my A1C and he was shocked to see it was at 5.4. He assumed that the Metformin was working, until I told him I had not taken that poison for 3 months. I explained to him that I cut out all carbs, all fruits and veggies and only ate meat and eggs... specifically beef (I love ground beef anyway). He was actually very happy that I was eating that way and told me that he ate a Keto type of way, but was not allowed to tell patients to eat a specific way because he could lose his license for giving out medical guidance that the industry has not approved (basically, he would be costing the medical industry and big pharma their profits). In 2023 we moved from Texas to the Philippines and I had a hard time finding meat of the same quality, texture and taste of beef back in the US. So I started eating local dishes, pandesal (YUMMY YUM YUM!!!!!!!!) and my glucose started going back up. I lucked up and saw that S&R sold USDA steaks, and then found a seller in Manila that sells imported Demkota USDA Ribeye slabs, and started ordering ground beef from Pacific Bay because every pack or bag of ground beef I bought at local stores had bits of cartilage in them and that turned me off to eating ground beef here. I also go out into this Cavite sun around 5:30 am and go for about a 4 to 8 mile walk, depending on which playlist I put on. My glucose is now consistently between 4.2 and 5.3. Try cutting out all carbs until you get your numbers under control, then add one thing back in per two weeks while checking your glucose levels before adding the next thing back in. This will help you see how the different foods effect your body response. If it raises the glucose after those two weeks, realize that it needs to be removed from your diet permanently. I promise, you CAN reverse it with the proper human diet... I did... Once you fix your insulin resistance and your body resets, certain carbs and small amounts of sugar will no longer cause you to have high glucose levels. Imma subscribe to you, just to keep up with your progress and give any support needed. Also look into Steak and Butter Gal and maybe join the SBG where there are lots of members that have healed, recovered and started to live by simply removing carbs.
