I have no connection to real estate, but there were at least 5 "ahas" and/or a clear confirmation of what is most important for B2B marketing success. What was talked about here would be valuable to any C-Level manager in any area of business.

What's your overall prediction for 2023 , specifically Missouri, northern Missouri, some.would say 5 to 6 percent increase in land values this year as well, would you agree?
That's great insight, Ryan. I reached out to one of our Missouri Land Specialists, Kurt Strauch, and here's what he believes. "My thoughts on farmland valves for 2023 depend on a few indicators. If commodity prices stay strong and input costs stay constant or start going down which I think fertilizer prices have been leveling off and starting to lower, then demand and prices for farmland will slightly continue to increase in 2023 to a point and level off. Interest rates currently have leveled off somewhat, but if they continue to rise then that will reign in some upward movement in farmland value for 2023. But land is and will always be a good investment, especially farmland due to the ability to always have a constant return on investment from cash rent or your own production on the land." Man I've been going to Sedgefield for over 10 years its such an amazing place to go to. It is some of the best hunting I've done in Alabama I've been lucky to take out multiple big deer over the years some reaching up to the 140's and have caught many 7-8-9 pound bass off these lakes. whoever gets this land is going to have a blast!
