How do you all share the same save and play at different times? Do you send the save to each other some how?
Fighters cannot convoy raid. Only sea planes, bombers, submarines and battle cruisers. Transports cannot go in port after attacking two different land zones.

Yeah they can, they're just facilities, and facilities can be LLed.
@Trigm Check again...they can LL bases, not facilities.
If you send a unit during combat to attack a sub and it submerges, it stays that way therefore protecting lend lease or transports going through
Correct. However, there is a difference between declining combat (no dice are rolled, LL is still interdicted) and submerging (dice are rolled, sub must retreat, and then it has no effect). Unless you have a plane on MAP, the sub can always just decline combat and still block the LL and transports later. That's why I had 2 fighters over the sea zone incase the sub decided to pop up and shoot.

That's the idea. Since the UK decided to keep the US out of the fight for 2 turns or more, we'll let them do so.

The argument about not going to Sydney is your fleet is out of position for at least 2 turns. I would not go to Sydney and go for Calcutta.
The issue with Calcutta is the amount of units Davvyk has stacked there. I can't even bring enough to match him, let along have a solid chance of winning, even if I manage a surround. And that leaves nothing for other attacks like the Dutch or Philippines.
As well, if I attack Sydeny, I can remove both a bunch of Allied units and a VP mostly permanently, with the US fleet looking to be going towards Europe

Can I get the tldr after the sound goes out?
Sure, but it isn't pretty! The KMT get some absurd rolls on their defense, can manage to wipe out almost all of my land units, leaving me with two and him with 7. I make the call to retreat, and then spend non-combat movement rushing troops around to try and cover all the new gaps.

I think you still get one last recruitment roll for Siam, but I could be wrong
It aligns in the Production Phase, and recruitment rolls occur in the Place units phase, so I don't think it would.

If you aren’t planning on attacking kwangtung with max units you are less likely to have a follow up attack on the following turn into Yunnan. You can grab the coastal territories that you would be amphibiously assaulting on turn 3 in turn 4/5. I think your attack onto Kwangtung should include max units which is 13 ground units via amphibious assault.
