@@thebadgerdadskarting3562 the first time i ever went to teamsport, it was for my birthday, and we went out for pizza first - I soon learned that this needs to be the opposite way round :D

I didn't remember as this was 2 years ago, but you can see it near the start of the video, it was 19.

Certainly one of the biggest indoor tracks, it is a monster 💪 usually after 8 laps or so your forearms are crying and you begin to wonder if you'll make it, then generally settle down and comfortable from around lap 15, you start to get into a groove then. This is definitely one of my favourite tracks 🤩

@The BADGER #DADsKarting haha yeah, the first time I went, you could feel it after a while, it's not just me then lol, I also found that having the booster seat,(if you call it that) was much better, and found I got around corners and got faster actually when using it. ah I'm glad it is your favorite one. It is a great track though i do agree. Bristol one was good but you dont have much grip in certain parts

For the 40/50 lap races it's a random grid start, no qualifying gives you more time racing, it's just total luck of the draw.

Thanks for that, will watch for it next time I go. This video leaving the pits was the first time I'd set out at Rochdale. Think that was yielding a 28, now on 27.1 but not done any full videos since, just clips in edits. Must be due another trip, January '20 was the last one 🏎️💨💨💨

@@thebadgerdadskarting3562 nice one! I’ve only been once or twice about a year ago and managed to get 59.8 really enjoyed the track it’s very physical. I mostly go to the teamsport Coventry and stoke track. I have the record at stoke at the moment.

I fancy a shot in the electric karts, not managed to get round to it. How do you find them?

@@thebadgerdadskarting3562 they are really nice to drive and can get up to some decent speed! After about 30 laps the battery’s start to overheat a bit though and usually means the kart dies out or you just lose power so your lap times go down👍 you doing BIKC?

I've heard mixed views, still really fancy a go 😁 Manchester Victoria is my nearest one, but I'd like to rally the troops for a trip to Stoke. I think one of the North East ones is electric too, might be worth a stay over when the world stops trying to kill itself 🤣 I'm not doing BIKC, some of our quick lads are, they'll be at Nottingham in a few weeks.

TeamSport supply everything you need for racing, but I use my own gear.

Thanks 😁 not quite good enough as only managed 3rd, ultimately due to the incident about 48:50, lost way too much time at a key point then the track turned green and I was sat at the fastest part of the track crawling 🤦🏻‍♂️ I had to keep it super clean on this visit, my first after a 6 month ban. Warri can be a bit quick with the flags, but just adds a little character to the venue.
