DEWALT DCD796 Unresponsive Trigger Switch Repair & PMS
DEWALT DCD796 Trigger Switch Assembly Repair & PMS🫰🏻⚡️⚙️
- Unresponsive trigger switch even if the battery is fully charged.
Cleaning of switch using contact cleaner without opening not succesful, needs to open the switch cover, lightly sand it with 1000grit sand paper and spray some contact cleaner for it to work.
Learned from this task that too much grease is not recommended as it could splash off inside the drill housing and could attract dust. Will not put too much grease next time 😂

@TrailAngelRock Hello, sorry i think you got a kit only that is why it needs to be glued to build it. Mine was bought along with its electronics that is why i just assembled the wings.

ATF oil is not for compressors, it is very detergent but it will cake the rings and the reed valves.
