There are so many beautiful places on Vancouver Island that many people do not see because the spots can not be found on any maps or are not always easy to get to.. Many of those places are in the Port Alberni area. Snow Creek(Sprout Lake), Della Falls( Great Central Lake), Kennedy River Falls(Kennedy River), Kennedy Lake(on the way to Long Beach/Tofino/Ucluelet), Franklin River and Sarita Lake(on the way to Banfield). Those are just a few places as there are really far to many beautiful places to list. Many lakes, rivers, creeks in and around the Port Alberni area.

I am wanting to visit Thunder falls near Azu lake, but I can’t find it. Can you give me some idea how to get there? Also great video.
If you share your cell, I can give you exact Staging area. Mine is 780-512-6716 Its called Bear-Paw Falls actually, close to Compressor station north of Azu Lake
