The fluid art pour painting technique uses a variety of pouring mediums mixed with acrylic paint to achieve the beautiful flow like quality you will find in my paintings.
For me, pour painting is a practice, much like yoga, meditation, or prayer that teaches me to let go of control and quite literally go with the flow. As much as I plan out my colors and composition the paints always take on a life of their own, and it is my place, as the artist to see their full potential. Likewise, as much as I plan out the events of my life, true peace will never come by trying to maintain full control. In my paintings and in my life, I look to make something beautiful, even out of the messiest situations. God has been so faithful in my journey.

Becca that is beautiful! Love the colors and the depth. Could you share how do you dry your pours, do you cover them with a tent to prevent from drying to fast or what is your room temperature? I’m having some issues on the drying part. Thanks for the help!
I just let them sit out on a level surface. It usually takes 2-4 days to dry completely depending on the humidity. I usually keep the humidity around 50% for drying.
