its a very cute house ...If you made the windows open out you can have them open when it rains and get slider screens...thats kinda odd you would have the kitchen window open over the stove you can't open the window and cook. I would want it open when cooking because I don't see a vent. it is a cute little home really down to earth...

I drive by there almost every day.. living in a tiny room can work for some people. Maybe when I’m old and crotchety and I’m done owning stuff I would consider this option! But if the democrats have their way…we will all be living in gulags!!!

That wide angle lens doesn’t work in such a small space. It curves every straight line as you move in. Very distracting.

They have skirting for tiny homes, you need to get rid of those fences not good

Nope. Storm surge would take it out. Notice the homes on stilts. You'd be better off buying 10 minutes inland, or building a stilt home.

I know you had nothing to do with what happened but my heart stopped when I saw your channel. We used to live right were you are standing. They evicted two mobile home parks during covid. Yes they were older trailers but we were happy and it was a community of friendship. It was very hard for families, people on SSA and SSI to find a place to live. I believe in the tiny home movement but you shouldn't hurt people to do it.

I think the main problem here is its too expensive to live in Fl anymore and there definitely are not enough of these type of communities or they are not big enough to support the interest. And the conventional homes are to much $$$$$ and no space outside.
