FINALLY MORE PROGRESS ON CAR 209!!!!
Finally able to get some time in and some progress on car 209, first drive in months revealed a leak, buntingford car show round the corner, things are slowly going in the right direction

Jords 30th what better way to spend it than with a big crew in some big hills in wales, the rain, absolutely loved every minute, first time on 2 wheels since april last year, sends were had, enjoy!

Swapping the truck for a suzuki rmz 250 and a honda crf 250, thanks to the boys for the rentals, moorpark enduro has the potential to be a mega hit with the enduro track of a mile loop and a 4.5 mile wood loop which is in the making, theyre also adding a center section of extreme enduro feature, such as log piles, rock gardens and seesaw's look forward to getting back here in the future!!

New engine has arrived, time to strip it of useful parts and look into any bottom end issues or possible causes for oil issues

After our 200 yard race at round 2 of dirt nationals, we pulled the turbo and engine out and noticed something not quite square with the front end.....

From fuelling issues threw out practice and qualifying, too head on collisions out of the start in heat 1, brought our weekends racing to stand still, we will repair and we will return, enjoy!

Going to back to where it all started, 12 years ago, with old videos and photos, talking threw how iv got to where i am today with offroading, starting with the old 300 up to and a brake down of what happened at round 1 last year, brought back mega memories making this video so hope you enjoy it!

Well the day has finally arrived to take car 209 out for her first drive in 14 month and what a day it was. All the changes over the past year have transformed car 209 into an absolute beast of a machine, few things to change but nothing major, ENJOY!!!

Making a good start to the mini, fitting all perspex windows and made a start on the ignition switch setup and tried to fit windscreen....

Have you tried putting some rubber under the low pressure pump to stop vibration noise ? Great vids 👍👍
You could also put a non return valve in the pickup from the tank so the pump keeps its prime 👍

Did you ever drive the Ovington byway before the council hardcored it ,used to have some good lanes in suffolk ,most of the goodens got hardcored or tro'd!

I didn’t put up with that god awful fuel pump noise for multiple episodes for nothing mate. You will keep it, you will social wheel it, you will tweak it and then you will race it in 2025!
Don’t sell it! Take the season off from it and come back next year

Just do what your doing .as for gremlins in the fuel pump or electrics just keep pushing threw I’d would try pooring fuel down the pipe to the low fuel pump to make sure no air lock😊

It is indeed, 160 orbital, 8” trail gear ram, ora high steer nuckles 🤘🏻
How big your fuel cell?

You can’t fit the front prop bolts on the rear transfer box as you need to have the handbrake drum in there or cut down to act as a spacer or you will have 2 male spigots and the prop won’t fit properly, hope it makes sence
