    Yes I am a logical thinker and like to see how things work. True you can change your way of thinking by positive reinforcement to your actions and experience. Love is the key 🔑 ❀ you see if you love yourself your experience your actions you change your mind state to a positive enlightenment that in riches your experience. Eat bananas eat lots of wheat try lions main mushrooms study what grows new neurons. You have beautiful blue eyes you get really giddy when you’re excited and happy.       Several reasons I love qunatum physics but it basically proves magic is real. If we ACTUALLY study our experience on a quantum level, and then study the brain, and explore the space between, we find infinite possibility. Quantum physics grounds us back into realizing how incredible this experience is. And yes of course I know about the double slit experiment! That's the main experiment that shows us what we look at changes depending on how we observe it; I think that's an experiment everyone should look into!

    I actually want to ask you something
 does everyone 100% go through atonia? Because I tried inducing sleep paralysis and I couldn’t. I know there are two ways it happens: either your body falls asleep before your mind or your mind wakes up before your body. I tried the first method because I would have no idea how to wake my mind up before my body, it just sounds like something that would just happen by chance. I sleepwalked when I was a kid (many years ago) and maybe couple months I had a dream where I was punching someone and I did end up punching my wall in real life. So I guess my question is: can everyone experience sleep paralysis? I tried researching this but it’s very unclear.

      Everyone experiences REM sleep to some degree, but it varies from person to person depending on several factors including quality of sleep, age, etc. Not everyone experiences the symptoms of sleep paralysis though; and sometimes the chemicals that paralyze the muscles (as you described punching a wall) don't fully paralyze the body and could cause us to wake up from movement, laughing, talking, etc. But all of this is completely normal. The best way to target REM sleep is by observing when you experience dreams, using a REM tracker like a fitbit or an app, or taking naps during the day (which allow us to go into REM sleep quicker) to explore how you experience REM. Also, an easy way to explore waking your mind up before your body is to fall asleep while setting an alarm that turns itself off, and waking up without moving or opening your eyes. You can also practice this if you wake up in the morning by thinking first before opening your eyes; just stay laying down with your eyes closed and go into a meditation once you wake up and you'll be able to explore mind awake/body asleep this way too. I hope this helps a bit!

    Unfortunately since it mostly happens at the very final stages of REM when we're going in and out of sleep, the lucid dreams lasts for seconds only.Any solutions for this?

      I set an alarm for a REM period either at 4 1/2 or 6 hours, or I try during the day during a nap! I've also had success after a full night's rest but after around an hour or two from when I woke up.

    There was this one time my reality checks weren't working so I looked into a mirror and I was a completely different person! Every time I looked into the mirror I would be another person. I had a moustache, I was a girl, I had sunglasses etc. So cool lol!

      Try it during the day, after you wake up, or any time you feel more naturally awake! We can practice liminal dreaming ANY TIME which will allow us to build the skill of mind awake body asleep for Lucid Dreaming techniques! Just keep playing with times until you find what works!

    Hi! Thank you for your content. ❀ I get to the full vibrations and I think even a sound, then my brain goes “oh you’re doing it, it’s about to happen! Then simultaneously it’s like no! Now you’ve ruined it 😂” and it’s really hard to get back to that state of concentration, and I start to feel my body again. I tried to use the method of thinking of my office, feeling my astral fingers move, and when I try to think of my astral body moving, my real body starts to tense up and I knock myself out of paralysis.

      I totally know what you mean!! What I would recommend doing is releasing any unnecessary mental pressure around making the experience happen. I would have your goal to astral project, but as soon as you lay down, release it. Just enjoy the feeling of the soft surface underneath you, the blankets, the air temp, etc. Think about how relaxed you are and how you are excited just to have time to rest and relax. This allows you to deepen your state MUCHHHH more quickly and removes the pressure of your brain trying to anticipate what happens next. If you tell yourself you're just excited to rest and relax (while secretly practicing staying aware), you'll enter deeper states without as much resistance. Release the intention to astral project and enjoy a moment where NOTHING is needed of you. Notice how much deeper that takes you. Allow yourself to have the job of only relaxing and noticing. And then build slowly off of that!

But I am such a hyper vigilant person, this is hard! I’m very aware of everything. And my brain needs some training. I have been practicing meditation, so I’ll check back in a month and let you know how it goes ❀

      Never said overnight but if you've been following my channel, I just accomplished my biggest dreams after years of work! And I always share what I learn as I go. You can do ANYTHING if you learn how to do it and put the work in! And a huge portion of living a happy life is rewiring our brain to help create one. 💙

    If this projection phenomena is not a vivid dream in your sleep and in your head, try achieving it with eyes wide open. See if it works. It will not work like that and the reason is because you need to fall asleep and to sleep you need to close your eyes
