    I have lifelong been a systems guy. Your really don't want full compliance, because you can be sure your systems don't actually work in all cases. You need the human on the end taking the process as advisory and getting the job done.

    any job that requires I train on my own time isn't going to have me as an employee for long regardless. If it's important I complete the task quickly there had better be job time set aside for me to do it just like any other directly job related task. this isn't some mutually beneficial situation where I've got some boon to my resume. It's training that you need me to complete for compliance reasons. if it were some class that resulted in some certification that would be one thing, but "don't touch other people's bums" training had better be during normal shift hours.

    Hi, what is this scenario fall under? Insubordination invented by Sr. Manager. Autistic employee not guilty said Sr. Manager but CEO instructed gave him 1st written warning coz they want him out due to cover up harassment and whistleblowing. Employee became ill, they tampered with Fitnotes knee pain changed to muscle joint strain. BTW, Outcome was predetermined on 1st written warning.

    I like reading the judgments of the Employment Tribunal, I learnt a lot about discrimination and constructive dismissal from the judgements. It is also a bit crazy how long it takes for the case to be finalised.

      @Employment_with_Amy yes:) my friend has been facing a difficult situation at her workplace, and I started reading more about it to understand how the process looks like, etc, as she may need to lodge an appeal with the ET. I really like reading about those cases, but it also changed the way I work and pay attention to having things in writing. Similalry to one of your shorts, which was very informative (on the cut in pay), there is so much I did not know!

    I wouldn’t wear it either, you can’t force someone to do something, I don’t need pride to feel loved or important. I dislike pandering and mega corp fake love mega corps are know for being mega racist sexist anti human rights like serously, almost every mega corp has commited genocide ethic cleansing and hate against black people. then they wanna pretend they care about LGBTQ Um I work at Walmart they had a poster in the break room that said gender equality and diversity it was about how Walmart had a all female bored member they fired all the men for being men and fired all the black peopl including the only black female they had 1 Mexican women who was a slightly less white then others. Is the definition of sexism. I wants to portend they care. another thing soccer teams during the World Cup during Dubai games were banned from wearing LGBTQ but Dubai it’s ilegal to be gay in KINGDOM OF UAE but they still allowed teams to go and play there if being ANTI gay was a true issue they would of outright refused to play there and canceled the World Cup that year and moved it else wear. but no they pick a country that it’s ilegal to be apart of pride

    I'm gay. Totally agree with this. I hate the way the community has been hijacked by activists with their own agendas. We fought for equality in the 60s and 70s not to be treated as special. Their agenda has made us more hated than ever before.

    Honestly with a policy like that you might as well just actually show up 15 minutes late instead of 1 or 2. Yes it might be "reasonable" legally but things like this just incentivize worse performance
