I bought Aurita Infinity a year ago... here's the summary of my ebike Pros 1. Front suspension is good. 2. Bicycle design is good. 3. Braking is good. Cons 1. Not good/satisfactory customer service.. 2. Screw and bolts got rusting after 6 months. i.e. poor quality spares. 3. Battery backup is approx 25 km (company claim is 45 km) 4. Back seat is very high making difficult for child to climb. 5. Its a whole new transportation eco system which is difficult to get used to in daily life. 6. One can not park bicycle outside in market place for a long time because it can be easily stolen or damaged. It is better to buy electric mopeds like Ola S1, Ather or Hero VIDA V1 than such electric cycle... These cycles are not meant to be used in INDIA.
