You would have to explain to your Tax Agency the purpose of each meeting, you would also need to disclose your wife and children and friends who are not apart of the meeting, and pay taxes on their portion of the meal. That means calculating each percentage of the meal they ate 365 times and pay taxes on it

I think you are promoting fraud and are doing a disservice! I too have seen his taxes and you fail to mention the actual fraud he committed, claiming 30k sq ft vs true number of 10k sq ft. is one example of the fraud he committed. The return I saw showed SCH C's no LLC's. Even his own Accountants confirmed they would not sign off on what was done and quit!

The largest refund I got for a client was 111k.
