Try not to balance in the corner of your pointe and keep your weight on your big toe and the toe next to it.
no its actually harder to execute and when needed she uses the full box. it only shows skill and full control
@@alessandragass1837 And putting way to much stress on her metatarsals in the process. She'll be out of ballet when she's 25, if this is how she uses her body (or is forced to).
