Hi Sir, I have cleared all rounds on a company but facing following issue related to background verification One of my family member added me as employee (Sep 2017-Dec2017) on his organisation. So i added exit date on EPF console before few days as I wasn't aware about it. While that period I was working on different organisation (Sep 2014-Mar2020), hence employmen history is being shown into EPF console and I believe there is no option to remove that hence facing background verification on company which I suppose to join. Please advise what steps need to be taken to get this sorted out.

Hi Sir, before 8 years, i have worked 7 month on a organization with salary in cash, can hr of hexaware will be fine with that, if i join to hexaware? Bhai kisi ek project ke liye pure organisation ko q blame kr rhe. Agr business need hai, US client hai to late tak to kaam krna hi padega. Service based companies client requirement ke according hi kaam krti hai. Company join krne se pahle ye sab pata krna chahiye tha na.
