Good fishing trip there! That ol yellow worm is a killer. I used the 6in Zoom version like you was talking bout down there for years. Mifflin is a good spot for everything! Lots of good crappie in there. Caught the biggest grinnels I've ever seen in there too. You have a great weekend sir!
My largest grinnell came from there also weighed 12 lb 2 oz and several in the 10 lb range

Sharks are so bad right now, they are catching 4 foot bull sharks at the landing in chickasaw. Been hurting the fishing close to the river bad

Also, how do u know what color worm to use based on conditions, clarity etc.
I haven't fished the lower end in several years, I do know places I'm willing to go try and make some videos. Color selection, in my opinion any dark colors work in clear water. For stained water my preference is purple June bug, Also what works good is purple with green flake spinnerbait I throw a chartreuse blade with a chartreuse white skirt in stained water and I will throw it in clear water, if the water is real clear I will throw a blue black purple skirt with silver blade crank Bates any, color water I throw crawfish colors and shed colors I hope that helps you

Thanks 👍 I use a frog that is a plum color and works great sometimes. Right now it's hard to get the fish to bite anything

Mannn ya put the hurt on me Mr Darren! That was a fine fishing trip there! I miss the good ol Tensaw Delta! We used to live right close to Cliffs Landing. Moved up here to AK now. Pros an Cons but aint nothing like the fishing there! God bless yall

I used to love getting on step through that gas line cut-thru to get there! And Redhill off of Dennis was always been a good spot for me. Used to limb line the main of Tensaw on the left side across from the mouth of Dennis almost all the way to Middle river. That bank had been real real good to me. Real deep there. Pulled ALOT of nice Flatheads and Blues from there. I sure appreciate your comment back. I'm subbed!
