Shockingly, this judge helped a predatory investor (Crown Communities, LLC) and hurt vulnerable, senior citizen residents of a Massachusetts mobile home park who wanted to buy the park themselves. Callan's ruled in favor of the rich (predatory) investment company. He shocked many and is forcing vulnerable, seniors and disabled people to live life in constant strife now since he's denying them the ability to buy the mobile home park themselves....he wants Crown to get it instead. The residents own their homes but not the land and the battle was residents against Crown for ownership of that land. Residents wanted and could have bought it but Callan shot down that dream. He wants to make certain the wealthy predator investor from Wyoming gets it instead of folks who have lived there for years. Callan's ruling will make sure these people live their late-life-years fearing homelessness. For certain Crown will raise lot rents to unaffordable rates and these people will have to find housing elsewhere, or on the streets. NOTE: Crown has had to change their name several times.....WHY? - To hide from the public all of the lawsuits against them nationwide). They're also called Kodiak, Ignite who knows what else- Crown and others like them buy mobile home parks throughout the country as investments and force low income, disabled and seniors out. They claim they're here to help, which is an absolute joke, what they really do is raise rents, allow parks to fall into disrepair all over the country forcing vulnerable people to lose their one and only asset-a mobile home. Callan's shocking ruling will hurt elderly throughout Massachusetts too..... he's trying to make it harder for residents to buy the parks they live in themselves, preferring rich out -of state investors own the land....all over Mass. - Callan is making it much easier for predatory investors to swoop in and satisfy their greedy ambitions. nice job judge!

Judge Paul pino is an ignorant little man who shouldn't be allowed on a park bench let alone a judiciary bench he let's known criminals free while incarcerating the wrong people and treats normal law abiding citizens like harden criminals !!
