He wasn't in the original Edward's Saga, my goal was to try to be as accurate as possible.
He doesn’t need to be in every adaptation of the story.
Why is Sheffield painted back in green here when he was repainted blue in the last episode?
This is set before the last episode, the crash at the end of this episode explains why he was at the steamworks, hence why he's now blue and has the Gizel injector funnel. It's also why if you look closely, towards the end of the episode you can see Bash pulling coaches.

The reason why King was getting visions of the collector was because when he went to Titans Island, he broke the Titans seal halfway and he became linked. It was on episode 17 of season 2

No not at all, considering that's what their basis look like irl. I guess you could call it Bash and Dash in an "RWS style".
