Whatever it is, I think the AG was a bit naive and I fault him big time. If that is true, then that will be quite interesting because Yoni Kulendi worked in the law firm/chambers of president Akuffo Addo back in the day. In all of this matter, why are people so much bent on pressuring the learned AG to stop pursuing this case? With this BS "faky3, fama Nyame, family/relationship" intrusions in legal prosecution cases over wrong doing, how in God's name can Ghana develop🤔🤔🤔 For K.T. The Judge who allowed his home to be used for the meeting, cannot deny the fact that he gave for Jakpa to do the recording. The Judge will be punished by the Court if the AG prove to be innocent of a meeting with Jakpa. This is a prima facie case and any attempt to set up AG to influence judgement, will not work. A prima facie as in nature is itself a good defense.
