@abdulmoeed-j1g Yes, you can attach a foreign bank statement, but it should be in specific country language u apply, e.g for( Italy in italian) or in English, with a bank letter mentioning your account details with stamp and signature per requirement, it should be notarized from the same country.

@abdulraheemshahzad5886 phd process to italy is not entirely same as bachelor and master there is differences , you should represent your self financially strong to embassy rather then depend on any partial scholarships.

Suggestion: If your mother didn't do any job, then don't make him sponsor , try to make sponsor your brother or father and justify his job and the influx of the money with salery slip , company ID Card, property documents etc..
