Pretty much. The lever to adjust the Kore belts requires some force BUT you can adjust tension as you need. So when you get in a vehicle, you can loosen it, then when you get out just cinch it back up. Anything that uses a Cobra buckle won’t be able to do those fine tuned adjustments.

100% agree! I see a lot of guys who have carriers but weigh 400lbs and I see guys who can’t do a chin up with just their carrier. Very important part of training that often gets forgotten about. I don’t run six miles but I’ll run until my legs start dragging and the distance keeps getting better and better💪🏻

Well with the scenery in the background, hiking with the gear would probably better suit him geographically and physically, rather than actually running. Nobody is running 6 miles through whatever thicket that is. Ruck marching with weights will tear you down and build you up. Everyone’s geography is different. If you live in Arizona where things are more wide open, running would be my primary source of exercise. I live in southern TN / Northern AL. I have hills, a few mountains, valleys, thickets, slopes, so forth. Land navigation and hiking will suit me better. Train where you live. If SHTF, smart people wont be jogging down the road way. You’ll be in the woods navigating. Unless obviously like I said, your state is flat and sandy.

Pretty much exactly what I tell my customers at the store. The slightest bit of attention before going to the range and understanding the concept of matching expectations to the price point is key. If you buy a budget gun, you can’t expect super high end performance unless you’re willing to tinker with it for a few. I appreciate your feedback!

@@PewTube24man I shouldn’t have said anything lol, it’s on the way to LFA. I have absolutely zero idea what happened. It was running like a tuned Ferrari, magazine after magazine flawlessly, then bang and a crazy jam. I could not manipulate the slide and it was partly back. Dropped the mag and could see an unfired round wedged up in there. I was able to free it without tools, some sturdy whacks and pretty much all my strength to pull back the slide. After that it does nothing but hang up and stick just racking it, I didn’t shoot it after that malfunction. I’m sure they’ll make it right, it’s a great pistol. I just wish I knew what kind of malfunction it was, never experienced a problem like that and I’ve been shooting over 30 years.

What ammo were you running? That is pretty weird but I do know that the Apollo has extremely tight tolerances so maybe the chamber got super gummed up? Definitely a weird one but I do know LFA has good customer service when it comes to having issues out of their guns. You’ll be in good hands🙌🏻

@@PewTube24 I’m sure they’ll make it right, it was CCI Blazer 124 grain FMJ. I wrote on the repair request I don’t mind paying extra if they have some new cool factory parts, although I’m pretty sure has zero mim. It really is a great pistol, I’ve just never had anything jam like that before. I’m a pretty strong guy and it took everything I had to get it unstuck. The scariest part is what if I was carrying it that day, which I on occasion do, I could’ve wound up in a very bad situation… it is heavy enough to throw defensively though lol

I typically run Lancers on my carrier and belt but I have been growing pretty fond of the Amend2 magazines the more I shoot with them. I’ll probably put those on my new belt I’m getting from Kore pretty soon
