If it were to be contracted outside of the months that’s agreed to in the collective bargaining agreement (peak season) then those drivers laid off and put back into the building from those locals would all be filing grievances and getting paid for someone else doing the work besides a qualified union employee. What I state is 100% facts. Do you need me to send you the contract so you can read for yourself? You are lying your ass off in these comments and misleading folks with these videos. Now UPS can use contracted freight carriers to pull certain long haul loads under certain situations outside of peak season, but as far as package delivery outside of peak season, That’s a hell now and I’m 100% confident and sure of that.

@@CurrentGenGamesWithNick I assume you didn't go to a branch. If you did, they wouldn't have said that. They're the ones who submitted your info to ChexSystems. So they're the ones to fix things now you've fixed things on your side. It's EITHER they tell ChexSystems to correct your records...OR they give you a statement (sometimes called *RELEASE*) that says specifically that you're clear on your obligations vis-a-vis BoA. And that everything is fine. The statement must be CLEAR and SPECIFIC. If you have that, you attach that statement to the letter you sent to ChexSystems and ask them to fix things on their end. If either BoA or ChexSystems doesn't do things that way, you go to the FTC and complain. If you have that letter from BOA, send me a private email and I'll help you with the rest.
