Она относится к термолабильным капам. Капа "S-onight" разогревается в горячей воде и можно сделать отпечаток нижней челюсти и когда нижняя челюсть отодвигалась то храп действительно пропадал. Единственный недостаток у капы "S-onight" она недолговечная. Не покупайте myOSA!
It's just a silicone cap! she doesn't move her jaw forward! it is very large and scratches the gums. if you want to get rid of snoring, then you need to buy a mouth guard that regulates the displacement of the lower jaw, this is the only way there will be an effect! I bought this mouthguard - myOSA. It falls out of the mouth and damages the gums. The snoring hasn't gone anywhere. I recorded myself at night on a dictaphone and snoring did not disappear. A year ago I had an "S-onight" mouth guard. It belongs to thermolabile caps. Mouthguard "S-onight" warms up in hot water and you can make an imprint of the lower jaw, and when the lower jaw moved away, the snoring really disappeared. The only drawback of the "S-onight" mouth guard is that it is short-lived. Don't buy myOSA!

Nope. Don’t waste your money, may as well just burn $58. The plastic literally just slipped off my teeth due to the way it is shaped. Horribly uncomfortable. My jaw hurt literally just trying it on when i got home, it’s not a mouldable one so it’s just immense pressure on your teeth. Do not waste your money

You might have impacted k9s and I would recommend going to your orthodontist. Untreated impacted k9s can be damaging after a while. I had impacted k9s and I got surgery to bring them down.
