Many of my meals start just like this - cut a big amount of vegetable... 😂

Yeast dough for plum cake
500 g plain flour
1 pinch of salt
40 g of sugar
200g of plain yoghurt
2 eggs
200 ml of milk
20 g of fresh yeast
50 ml of oil
Yeast dough for rolls
500 g plain wheat flour
235 g lukewarm water
50 ml cream
40 g of oil or softened lard
11 g of salt
20 g of yeast
Mix all the ingredients and knead a smooth dough.
Leave to rise - for quick processing in a warm place.
If you are not in a hurry, overnight rising in the fridge is ideal.

Olá Adanari será que é possível mostrar como faz os vinagres gostaria de aprender e a mistura que usa para limpar a pele obrigada ❤
Normalmente uso vinagre comprado em loja para limpar as superfícies da casa. Mas também faço vinagre de maçã caseiro com as maçãs restantes - coloco em uma caneca limpa, despejo água fervida e resfriada sobre ela, cubro a caneca com um guardanapo e deixo em infusão por cerca de uma a duas semanas. Mexa diariamente. E depois é só despejar em garrafas limpas. O vinagre de maçã pode ser diluído em água e usado para limpar a pele 😉 A mistura de limpeza caseira é feita com partes iguais de percarbonato de sódio, bicarbonato de sódio, carbonato de sódio e ácido cítrico. Não use esta mistura para limpar a pele! (desculpe se não estou respondendo ao tópico - talvez um erro de tradução 🤔)

I have to admit i'm not the biggest fan of vegetables, but even i would loooove to try those recipes. They all looked delicious, especially the stuffed paprika 🫑🥰
And I sometimes think that I shouldn't have vegetables in every meal 😂 Definitely try these recipes, it's important to use quite a lot of spices, vegetables can take a lot 😉 (I have to use less spices, but that's because of my daughter). Hope you like them and thank you for the nice comment ☺️

I have to say that you got me now 😅 Until now, I was convinced that sourdough is a synonym for yeast dough 🤔 In my native language, we don't distinguish it. I use yeast in the recipe, not leaven. Now it's in season, the shops are full of it and at a good price (here in CZ) 😊 I don't think it's sweeter than, for example, red pepper, it's very juicy and some varieties can be very hot. It is typically used to prepare Hungarian lecho 😉
