Believes in the Big Bang and Evolution. That is dogmatic scientism snot science. Even the best of academics can be infected with Modernism, which is unfortunate as Dr Gallagher has done great work in his field as related to the ministry of Catholic exorcism. Then there is the question of working with false religions.

This may sound petty to some but I do take umbrage to the podcast title. It would be nice to give credit to Malachi Martin for his groundbreaking work Hostage to the Devil and his extensive work in the field of exorcism. His work, along with the work of Dr. M. Scott Peck, had a profound effect on my life. As an interesting side note the two men wound up working together, which I was unaware of until much later. So it's safe to say that the topic is deeply personal for me, which is the main reason why the title (without reference to the original work) bothers me. That aside, the interview was interesting.

yes the demons/jinn are great liars they rarely speak the truth. he fails to mention the body transformation that can happen to the patient when the jinn/demon manifests. Also many people are possessed due to black magic. the exorcists are in danger if the demon/jinn cant attack them they will attack those close to them or possess them and make them fight with the exorcist. also the occultist sorceror will sometimes use black magic to attack the exorcist....black magic is not a magical force it is the summoning of demons/jinn to do their bidding because some of the the demons/jinn are forced to do their bidding when the jinn/demon is released by exorcism it can go and attack the sorceror or some of the jinn/demon will inform him. how do i know this ...................i am a islamic exorcist (raqi).

I LOVE Father Malachi Martin! He was one of the GOOD Jesuits! His books are considered faction, but actually mostly facts with some name, location changes, etc. I love all the interviews Art did with Father Martin...such a treasure they're still on CZcams. There are other videos on CZcams of Fatima and Fr. Malachi Martin - just do a search.

Crying is the call of a man to stand strong

It is strange but my wife began to behave very strangely and ran away from home. She stayed at a farmhouse and said she'd seen creatures around the walls of the room. She was diagnosed bipolar and has been mentally ill for 30 years now. We are divorced. But on reflection I do worry that she is possessed by something . Both her mother and grandmother told of how they'd looked into a mirror...mother looking into dressing table mirror and grandmother looking into a mirror above her fireplace... and both had seen the devil standing at their shoulder. Both of them had issues running away and being violent . I do think that my ex wife may have a generational possession that had passed down the family. We had no children so that may be an end to it.

I hope Art Bell accepted Jesus Christ,,I hope he let Father Malachi pray with him
