I started playing maybe about a year and just maybe a half ago and I remember when I started I had a difficult time getting to different notes!. If you are a beginner I know it’s hard but don’t give up!

Good luck! People say the French Horn is a difficult instrument, and although I’ve only played for a year, it isn’t as bad as people make it out to be. Just don’t stress out about it, like people say, you just need practice, and then you will get the fingerings and stuff down-pat! -Laffy Taffy4554, 2019
Stick with horn! I played horn 8th grade up until I graduated! It is an amazing instrument when you practice and become really good at it! It wasnt my favorite instrument at first but once I started to realize how much of an impact I had on the band and some of the amazing parts you have as a horn player I quickly fell in love with it!
“This instrument” no. THIS INSTRUMENT IS A FRENCH HORN IT IS THE MOST BUETIFL INSTRUMENT YOU EVER HEARD AND YOU CANT CALL IT THIS INSTRUMENT.
It’s an amazing instrument, I’ve played since the end of my 6th grade year and right now I’m in 8th grade, so it has been a blast ever since that day!
