I had a toxic mold exposure that was really severe, I spent 10 days in the hospital and ever since then I have problems sleeping in almost ANY building. I'm overly sensitive now to pets, mold building materials cleaning chemicals and on and on. It's a nightmare. I feel like I can't exist normally anywhere. I am wondering if I have to sleep outside! I'm so tired of suffering. My skin burns continually, swollen eyes, hair falling out. I want to heal from this so badly. Mold was found in the house I was renting in Aptos, California in February 2024. The first signs of the affects of the mold on my health was in May 2023 when I woke up with vertigo. Summer came and I felt fine until October 2023. I was at urgent care and in and out of the hospital from October 2023 to July 2024. I have had insomnia, brain fog, dizziness, fatigue, respiratory issues, weight gain, yeast overgrowth on my skin, muscle pain so severe that it was so painful just to walk, coughing up blood, vomiting blood, severe pain in my knees and other joints, and severe pain in the left side of my torso radiating around my body to my spine and the same severe pain in my face. My doctor at Kaiser told me that mold does not cause illness. It felt like gaslighting. I started going to a naturopathic doctor after this and she has me taking herbal supplements. The landlord told me that I had caused the mold. They did the remediation, but when I went back inside the house, the mold was still visible in the wood floors and in the walls and ceiling. I moved my belongings out at this point and filed a complaint with the Santa Cruz County Environmental Health Agency . They told me that because I had moved out two days before filing the complaint there was nothing they could do. They rented the house within one week. I had mycotoxin lab work done and it came back with very high levels of two of the mycotoxins. I’m tired all the time despite living in a mold free environment. It affected my career. I lost my job due to being so sick from the mycotoxins, which means that I lost my health insurance. I’ve taken the time to do everything I could for my health and am currently looking for another job. I’m praying that I can heal my health back to 100%.

First of all doctors should advice their patients with brain problems to stop consuming wheat and grains for a month to see if the patients feels better. Only after that they should prescribe meds. I've been taking methylene blue for the past six months and it's an amazing drug...my sinus issues are completely healed and i can think more clearly.
