I will admit, I thoroughly did enjoy the MC live event, not because of the mob vote, but because of all the new blocks they teased as well as that other tornado mob. Grian addressed this during a recent livestream, but adding all three mobs can sometimes inflate the game's codebase in ways that can be a nightmare to fix. However, I do agree that Mojang seriously needs to rethink how they introduce new mobs to the game without disappointing 40% of the MC community, that too distributed across three separate Editions. To summarize, it's a lot more complicated behind the scenes than you and I might imagine. (Also, I put 53 iron blocks in that double chest near the very beginning of the video lol)
