Not sure why youtube brought me here, but here I am. There are a lot of these painted boxes that appeared during the lockdown. The quality where I am (Dublin, Ireland) ranged from genuinely very good to something that's clearly a portal into the mind of absolute lunatic. Never boring though!

Those tracks are for the boats. I used to spend some of my summers at the estate in the 40's and 50's. The boats sit on custom dollies and are winched in and out of the boat house.
