Hi, thanks for the video. I bought the 50 inch Zara today. Worked silently for around an hour then started making a constant clicking noise when the flame is switched on. Is there any way to fix that? Cheers

my remote wont turn the bloody thing on, absolutely pointless, most confussing remote in the world
Hi James, yoiur remote might need paired with the fire. to do this, point the remote at the fire unit and hold the on/off button for 7 seconds to pair the remote to the fire permanently. The fire will beep and display “88:88” on the remote to confirm pairing.
