Hello i changed purge valve, soleniod, canister, vent valve and the gas cap no luck so far. Did smoke test too couldn’t figure out any suggestions on 03 civic..

You don't need to buy the updated wire harness 591-391-035 to override the LWCO. Simply cut the orange wire on the existing 591-391-995 sensor harness and ground it.

It is true that you can only use it in a period of 2 minutes and you must let it rest for a period of 8 minutes to be able to use it again.?

I had a very similar issue where the boiler was short-cycling, it would call for heat, randomly shut off after a few seconds and restart or sometimes it'll just stay on for a few minutes then turn off. It wasn't reaching setpoint heat. I thought it was the same issue as this video but come to find out it was the nest thermostat. Nothing wrong with the boiler itself. You should try and test if your thermostat is malfunctioning before ordering the board.

Nice build. But, you probably need to replace the top rung of the ladder with square steel tubing maybe 1/8" thick. Otherwise, with any load the top rung will bend and eventually break.

Hi, I'm in the middle of doing this. Was it very difficult for you to pull out the old cartridge? There was no screw, right? Just hard pulling with pliers? I pulled few times, and the plastic started to break, so now I installed back and want to find more information first. Any tips how to pull it out?

Questions, how do you know the board was bad. How did you test the board?

To save time and money by buying a $60 or $80 smoke machine with with built-in compressor that blows smoke into the system and you will see the smoke where the leak is. You will need a scanner that allows you to open the electronic vent solenoids so the smoke can pass into all areas of the EVAP system. If you don't see a leak then a solenoid is not functioning because it is broken, the electrical connector may not be making a good connection, or it is clogged by foreign debris. If you don't have an OBD2 scanner then use alligator clips and connect a 9volt battery to the proper pins of the solenoid to power it open so smoke can run through the system so you can find your EVAP leak. You may easier see the smoke by using a cheap red laser pointer. Owning a good OBD2 scanner will save you thousands of repair dollars and hours of time as it will tell you what is wrong with your vehicle and some will tell you what parts to buy. I use an INNOVA scanner. Get one the test: SRS, ABS, and Transmissions, and can power on electrical components within the engine. Also, a good OBD2 scanner will tell you if your vehicle will pass a smog test and if there is something wrong it will tell you what is wrong.

These pumps are not designed for water. They pump oils, the thinnest is kerosene . They are not corrosion resistant at all since they pump oil.

With the ladder at that angle sitting on concrete if you lift the shingles past the fascia it will kick out. Nice design tho
