Hello, does MOQ mean TOTAL amount of items ordered in different styles and colors or is it 1 style multiplied by the moq. For example, if I want blue tshirts and the factory says the moq is 800, will it be 1 style in blue multiplied by 800 and if I want blue and pink the total will be 1600?

I dealt with Karishma personally, at the beginning I thought she was trustworthy. Discussed my brand values how i care about good fabric with high quality and less maintenance, she agreed that they share the same values as well, i felt good and place my 1st order with the intention of having long term relationship. I Received the order 3 months later than the agreed date, which caused me loosing the season, no issue I thought i still can make it. Start opening the package, and steaming one pice to use it for my photo shoot, the water left stain which I thought it's normal will dry and fade away. Well it didn't! I asked experts around and all agreed that if this happens it means the fabric dyed wrongly. And the material is ruined. She refused to admit that, putting all the blame on me for steaming it. Which I thought she might be correct so i took another pice to a professional dry cleaner so the can handle it better, same issue cam back with stains!! Again talked to her about she advised to dip it into cold water did that and made the situation worse, she stopped replying, blocked me, and refused to help in any ways. Not to mention that when I first shared the issue she didn't bother answering me she only started talking to me when I commented on her Instagram page. Which she thought it was rude of me! The pice wasn't cheap at all i was willing to pay that amount because I wanted to be fair to the workers who made them. They called me the most troubled client who was waiting to receive the package to start complaining. Just because I reported that issue. It went ugly I advise you not to do it
