Great video thank you! You answered my question! And as well yes the black diamond does come off short from one side we catches that twiced we were thinking it was us not putting it right but we did put in right will be trying the ugly line from Lowe’s! Thank you! Great video !
Awesome that I helped you. I still only use Ugly Line and honestly, it's the best underrated trimmer line in my opinion. Good luck and be safe!
Great clip man. What blades are you using? I recently bought a 636 and I don’t like the cut, it’s got stock blades. I’ve seen other videos of ppl complaining about the cut quality of stocks too.
Congratulations on your 636M. Love this mower. Regarding blades, I just use what deere had with it. I have had no issues with the blades. I have a few sets of mulching blades as well but honestly, I like the stock straight blade. Even with them and my grassflap, they mulch up leaves and debris like there is no tomorrow. I guess it's just personal preference. Be safe!
Very helpful in changing the blades
Awesome that I was able to help! :)

Good to know. Im thinking of buying one soon. They aint cheap eh? Im in Canada too. Where are you located?
I love this mower. My go to for sure. Yes, the cost of them have gone up since I bought new spring 2019. Located in Halton Hills.

That must be US Dollars then. Here in Canada, was around 12K back in 2019. Now, probably like 16K
This video will be very helpful for me
Happy to help with idea's. Thanks for watching!
Yah I bought one , a field tuff 125 lbs. From Amazon Used it 4 times , once a year in the spring to spread my crab grass fertilizer . Everytime I went to use it the next year it was broke or fail while I was using it . I have 5 acres, to fertilize. Had a nice set up with the controller bolted on my control panel on my turf tiger and a modified removable vertically receiver on the front . Washed and cleaned it after of every use , stored it in side the last time I tried to use it after replacing the seized up motor the previous year, the on off switch had a short in it when I hooked it up . Replaced that went to take a practice run with about 40 lbs of fertilizer in it , the motor wouldn’t spin went to close the shoot and the cable kinks leaving a trail of fertilizer back to my barn . This spread is still mint condition. Made in China disposable JUNK . There’s 5 brands made by the same place . I’m buying a JRCO $1.500.00 but you get what you pay for . Good luck Bubba you always what to consult your professional landscaper before you start any projects .
Yes, you get what you pay for, just thought I would try it out. Got it cheap enough. Mine is still going strong. In all reality, everything can and will break. I'm sure the new spreader will work great for you!
I own a landscape company, but I just rigged it up for my property . I cut and fertilize about 5 acres . I have a 80 lb Guide Gear one the I had for 20 years that has been a great piece of equipment, then I wanted to get the bigger one , what a lemon . I didn’t know but Amazon had refunded my money after a year . It’s been a long time but it broke the first time I used it . I must of called them for warranty info , but Amazon is cool .
@@thomasguerrero7289 Amazon is really good for that. Nice you got your money back.

Wow that's awesome!
Right!
I just wanted to post this helpful hint, hack or trick which ever you want to call it. You do not have to take off the drive belt pulley or cut the screw post like in another video. I watched several videos someone made a comment after he had his belt on, that he had seen one that suggested lubing the back side of the belt and you could slide it in. I was like ok lets try that, shiot it worked. I took some 3 in 1 oil, put some on the flat side of the belt, then pinched in between the pulley and the post at angle to start. Grabbed the pulley and went back and forth and back and forth and it started to work its way down. Then took a piece or plywood, 8" long, 2 1/2" wide and 3/8 thick, put in on top of the belt and hammered with my 3/8" ratchet, it worked its way in just fine. Took about a minute. Good luck with it. I just hope I remember how I did it when I need to do it again
At what point does the reason everyone came to this video begin? No one cares about any of the rest of that crap.
Ha Ha, I know right.
With your content idk how u can say anything
Nice equipment! One thing you need is a skid steer roller to roll out the driveway gravel. A year or two ago I saw a guy using one on a parking lot. I stopped and asked and he has a local welding shop make it. It really did the job. Take care. Tom
Yes, I was looking into the roller for a skid steer. Might be a cheaper option over having an actual roller machine. Thanks for watching!
@@MBGAdventures his was actually a 24 inch diameter pipe that had 1 inch wall. He had it just wider than his skid steer to cover that tracks when he pulled it backwards. He had it made at his local welding fabricator who had made rollers for local ranchers, but just had the skid steer quick attach mounts on it. He had the bucket and land plane like yours but also had the roller. Smoothed the gravel out nicely. Take care! We have been dodging tornados and hail here in Oklahoma!
@@Okie-Tom Awesome. I will check out what people have done on CZcams regarding this. Be safe. All the best.
Nice work!
That is the grass collection system that I need for my z760r 60 cut I just bought. I didn't realize how small the bags are in the regular collection system when I ordered it. We've gotten so much rain in the past 2 weeks in Oklahoma I can't even mow.
It's a great collection system but expensive. The bags are fine but yes, smaller. One good thing with the bags, you can empty them each into the back of your truck. The other collection system, if you can back onto a dump trailer, great but otherwise you have to dump on the ground and shovel up. Same here in Southern Ontario Canada were I am, lots of rain. Grass is soooo tall. Thanks for watching!
@@MBGAdventures yes sir

Good afternoon Mike, from Ottawa Ontario. Im in the process of purchasing this cutter for my skidsteer. Any thoughts if the optional front guage wheel would be beneficial? Also, did the suggested hydro motor chart on the MK website match your machine's gpm output ok? Kind regards, Robert
Hello Ottawa! This is a great brush cutter. Very solid. I had no idea that there is an optional front guage wheel for this. Sure, I think it would help to know it's level on uneven ground. Yes, MK Martin matched the hydro motor to the machines specs and worked perfect. I have traded in the Brush Cutter since as no one wants to pay for the service around here anymore. I am only doing laneway grading and some other excavation stuff. I now have a Kubota U25 Excavator as well. Video will be up soon with that machine. Thanks for watching and don't forget to subscribe.
Thank you for the advice Mike. The U25 is a great machine, quite versatile. I look forward to the next video, cheers brother!
@@ARL-bw9gf I had a thought. The guage wheel might be in the way to push down shrubs and small trees.
You very well could be right, I guess I will out soon enough... I ordered it with the wheel this morning haha. It looks like it comes off pretty easily 😊.
@@ARL-bw9gf That is great if it comes off easy enough. I am curious to see it and how it works. Keep me posted!
Hey Mike nice equipment i'm sure job will continue to roll in!! Tree work, garden tear outs , Stump grinding , any job that requires hard work the money is still there and the work is required. If heavy equipment is required then the higher the chance of getting the better pay cheque... Those as you already have done you have to put out a lot more. I went to bid on a lawn this past week and it will take at least 55 minutes solo and you will be tired at the end of it because it is a corner lot and has sidewalks on both sides. I only priced it at 62$ by mistake and she said My price was way off and she already got quotes for 40$ Your making the right choice in my mind...... Though its nice to keep two days awake of mowing still!! Nice to see you again mike!!
Hi Rick, thanks for watching. Yes, that is perthitic of people now not wanting to pay for lawn care and not understanding what it cost us to do it. Having heavy equipment now puts me aside from all the other lawn care companies under charging and not doing things right. I have two days of mowing, rest is open for excavation.

I know what you mean eh lol And it's not just Canadians that say eh iv'e heard many many people from the states say the same thing. But ya I'm thinking the same as you with regards to excavation / dirt work, typically there more $$ in it then there is in lawns. Also hope all is good with you and the family 👊🏻👍🏻🙏🏼
Hey Mike, thanks man! Yes, more money with the excavation work. I am grinding. I have work lined up, just need it to continue.
Hi Mike hope you have a good season we will be mowing next week 👏😀
Hi Vickie, thank you. I am starting lawns today. They are so tall.
Scarifier or Ripper is the word you were looking for. You’ll enjoy that Kubota. I’ve had very little issue with the ones I’ve owned. My father has two wheeled skid steers. Both have big oversized turf tires on them which makes them very bouncy. But they pay off when the guys have to drive across established turf to rip out plants or haul big trees. They don’t dig like tracks will when turning. In the past 15 years lawn care prices have been a race to the bottom. It started with the industry invasion in 2008/9. At that time our yards were $70-$80 a week. Now legit businesses are at $50. That’s what I charged in the late 90’s!
YES! Ripper. I knew that, just could not think of it lol. Too much on my mind. I was considering getting turf tires as I only use it for laneway grading and possibly to go across turf to dig out what ever. I am just wondering how they would be in the snow? I don't really want to get a tire that will rip up everything. Want more like a turf style that will be good in the winter as well. I hear ya with the lawn prices now. Just ridiculous. Thanks for watching!
