I tested out a Fairfield exactly like that on a telecaster.I believe it was the one that had some sort of radio/tape distortion in it.🗽🛸📼

Great pedal, one of my favs. Connect the MIDI ports to the Rytm so the CC uses tempo for time based effects for extra WOW factor 😅

I normally bang on things, but Ive spent enough time "researching" everything to know whats "going on" while i stash my pennies ... Hey, you're great btw! So I stumbled across the Berhinger Edge and it just seemed like an insanely affordable upgrade to turn my roland kit into a sort of nord drum synth that I can play and sequence for $200 . I also thought since its a drum synth (kinda), it would the best way to to get my feet wet. I only heard about the DFAM because everyone compared the two in videos and comments. Saw the price and said mnope. In that ballpark you can grab a used nord drum. Or some vsts.. even a half decent laptop/ipad. From a tone deaf synth-outsider perspective, the price and functionality outweigh the sound difference for me, and what seems to be a financially significant amount of the broader market. I'd like to dare someone to sell me on something else because part of me actually does feel a little slimey about buying Berhinger... but honestly not enough to lose sleep over the whole Moog situation. Im a scumbag drummer, my guilt isnt worth that much.

Mine syncs perfect with logic and my native instrument maschine. I’d prefer to slave everything to the mpc. I did have problems slaving the mpc initially but after I found the correct settings in logic it’s been great.

Had one back on the day. I think they sold for about £100 in 1987. The best feature is the sampling, you can record a sound and loop it.

The only downside of the 2S, it's that it doesn't keep its tuning. Even after a "hot" calibration, the tuning is very fragile.
Yeah it's almost like the Lyra-8 in that way. Start in tune and then pitch it after a few mins lol.

I ended up picking up their latest model which is a similar concept - but IMO way better.
