Hello in from Phillipines, I'm starting my rice wine brewing this days. Do you open your container from time to time or never opened until 1 month of first fermentation? I'm definitely trying your recipe.
Yeast needs oxygen to ferment so for 3-4 days I don't airtight the lid .. after that I make it airtight and keep it for a month without opening it. You can start enjoying the wine from 3rd week
Is it ok to ferment it in clay pot /jar. As we ferment the millets? Thanks for the information
I don't think clay pot will work. To ferment Soybeans it needs heat. My pleasure 😊
Can it be any type of rice??
Yes you can use any rice but I think it'll be better with slightly sticky rice

Dry chilli ka seeds usually grow nahi hota. Fresh chilli ka seeds nikalke dry karke hi grow hota hai
