Man there’s just no context to this.. like there’s no real way to know what motivated the cops to do this. What if the guy made a threat and walked away? Would seem justified to stop him even if it was from behind. Also, how do we know that he hadn’t committed a crime?? There just no context here. Could either way.

A bad cop makes all cops look bad. That's why good cops cover for bad cops until the bad cop does something SO egregious that it not only makes the news but shocks the general public. At which point the good cops will swoop in and put a stop to the bad cops behavior. Unfortuntely and given that accessories to bad acts are, under the law, just as guilty as the bad actor, this means that, by extention, there are no good cops!
