Pole is no good it dropped from high in the air the pruner. Very dangerous. The parts you tighten on the pole don't tighten fully causing the pole to fall in the air in half. Again it could have killed me if pruner would have landed on me. The hand held pruner is great by itself. They should only sell that part until they come up with a better design for safety pole.😢

We just received our cordless pruning Shears GPS25 and are unable to attach the battery to the handle. I can attach battery to the extension but not the Shears? Help Me!!!
No need to dissemble. Slacken the chain, oil, tighten the chain.

What oil do you have to use can you use wd40
Never put WD40 that won't lubricate the chain it will only loosen things.
