The Victor Emmanuel II National Monument, also known as the Vittoriano or Altare della Patria, is a large national monument built between 1885 and 1935 to honour Victor Emmanuel II, the first king of a unified Italy, in Rome, Italy. It occupies a site between the Piazza Venezia and the Capitoline Hill.
My current videos are all made with the "Canon R5" with "Dual Fisheye" lens. Some older videos are VR360 and 360 shot with the Vuze XR. I showcase countioores from around the world such as Australia, Cambodia, Vietnam, USA, Argentina, Peru, Uruguay, Singapore, Russia, Seria, Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Greece, North Macedonia, Turkey, Vatican and many more. I loved my time in Istanbul. Friendly people. Amazing city. Everyday was an adventure. Just watch out for pickpockets on the trains.
Yes, I love wearing cargo shorts for that reason and always keep my hand or the tripod arm on my pocket during tight travel. It is a very lovely place and totatlly agree, the people were amazing even if a different religion and culture to others....very inviting

amazing how they did things on such grand scales to such precision
I think it would look more real with less saturation. And without a doubt it is better with less movement, when you change the camera to another place you make a cut in the video and keep it stable there, it is a better video experience than when you walk from one point to another.
Agreed with the saturation and am toning it down a little in the coming Europe videos. A lot of glare in Cambodia and contrast from the temples in the sun didnt help. I am however going to be doing more walk through videos coming up but they are gimbal and post stabilised. I normally use a tripod attached to the gimbal to offer some more stabilisation but not all places allow it and in Cambodia I was only allowed to hand hgold the gimbal in a lot of temple areas ie no tripods allowed. Things like 360 cameras are also not allowed so I was happy to capture what I did. Thanks for the comment and suggestions

Have you tried to take those videos with iPhone 15 Pro?
No...zero chance itll be better and the iPhone 15 lenses are so close together and also no way that the tiny sensor of an iphone compares to a full size cmos of the canon r5...also canon records on a single sensor so no way the iphone can replicate to sync to the same level. The iphone 15 and apple in general try to make things sound way better than they are. Ive even had an apple representative say that they arent trying to compete with the canon r5. No way a $8800 canon system is in the same league as a $1500 iphone when it comes to photopgarphy let alone VR. I will say its great that apple are entering the market and allowing people to get back into 3d
I understand that it cannot be compared with a Canon but the result I see on CZcams is very similar, some videos even the image quality is better.
the amount of people , group of friends, surrounding themselves with their phones taking selfies is just sad. Like I get it, it's nice to get a picture but holy hell it's literally everyone there
Lol yep. I have taken about 10 selfies on all my travels and they were more for my parents only to show them i was alive. Its an expensive place to stay and marina bay sands is like a tick off the list for people so they take selfies to show everyone and there isnt a moment someone isnt leaning on the pool edge without a phone....i need to add that so many people miss the actual thing they go to see with selfies...the colosseum was worse...all the boyfriends lined up to take the perfect selfie for the girl and they miss seeing whats behind as its 30min photo shoot at every attraction
@BazVR A photo here and there is fine but EXACTLY! It doesn't need to be an all day photo shoot! Please actually LOOK at the attractions with your eyes and not a screen!!
And if anything, what you're doing right here is powerful for memories. This would be the only thing I'd ever want to do outside of a picture. To relive something in 3D VR is awesome.

Just because CZcams changes the video to suit the download speed of people doesnt mean I dont upload it in 8K. I sadly can't force CZcams to make it show properly. The video is all recorded, edited and uploaded in 8k VR180 format....4k per eye or 4k if watched in 2D....you would need VR gear to see it in 8K or you can view it at deovr.com/channel/baztravels and choose your resolution including 8k.
can only see 4k when I am sure it was 8k in the past has CZcams changed the resolution to only 4k
