Hi! I'm Matthew Quek, a Singaporean singer, composer, and vocal coach. I sing musicals, jazz, and pop genres. In 2012, I won a silver medal in the senior vocal category of the World Championship of Performing Arts held in Los Angeles, Hollywood. I have eight solo albums and hope to continue delivering performances that inspire audiences.

+'Matt-Q' Hi, I'm actually a full time school teacher, but singing and music are my passionate interests. So I spent many years training, honing my skills with the best professionals overseas and locally, while also writing my own songs and teaching vocals to those from all genres of music. I make it a point to be as versatile as possible with different vocal genres (pop, jazz, Mandarin, musical theatre and classical) Been fortunate to cut eight solo albums over the years. But frankly, it is very difficult to get my music and videos out there as there is lack of media support and exposure, especially when it comes to the main channels of media here, where only those within the circle can get promoted or given a decent platform even, to show what they can do. There are also those who can be pretty malicious online and try to troll artistes or resort to underhanded insults and gang up with others to do so. As such, I just do the best I can, hoping for a miracle, while writing and singing continually with the hope that there will be those who appreciate what I do.
