Straightest failed to turn up to service our equipment today, then Jack tried to blame us for not confirming we wanted them to turn up to a pre paid appointment. Which we have proof of email sent and more importantly received confirming our appointment. Our Supertracker computer system has been problematic at best over the 6 years we have owned it and when they went bankrupt and Straightset took over I thought service levels would improve. I mean they had to. Sadly they didn’t and I’ve had 3 appointments with Straightset and they have failed to turn up on 2 of the 3 occasions. There technicians are good and no issues with them at all once they arrive but they are not reliable at all in keeping an appointment in my experience.

Dont buy from these assholes. I use to work for wai global in Norwalk, California distribution center. Poor wages and no pay raises. Most products came from China and India with poor quality. The majority of the bulk was starters and alternators. This company needs to be investigated.
